1. Booking & Trip Confirmation
A booking confirmation receipt containing your unique Booking Reference ID (e.g., MNCS-2026-000124) signifies acceptance of your travel request. Final vehicle and driver allocation is communicated via SMS or WhatsApp prior to pickup.
2. Tolls, Parking & State Border Taxes
Unless explicitly booked as part of an all-inclusive customized tour package, electronic FASTag highway tolls, airport parking fees, and interstate border entry permits are billed at actuals based on government receipts.
3. Luggage & Vehicle Capacity
Passengers must adhere to the designated seating capacity of the booked vehicle. Carrying hazardous or prohibited substances inside the vehicle is strictly forbidden.
4. Chauffeur Decorum & Safety
Our chauffeurs adhere strictly to speed limits and highway safety guidelines. Passengers are requested to wear seatbelts at all times during the journey.
