Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Cancellation Window
We understand plans change unexpectedly. You may cancel or reschedule your ride free of charge up to 3 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time with zero cancellation penalty.
2. Late Cancellations & Driver En-Route
If a booking is cancelled when the assigned vehicle has already departed our garage or reached your doorstep (within 1 hour of pickup), a nominal base mobilization charge of ₹300 may apply to compensate the chauffeur for fuel.
3. Flight Delays for Airport Transfers
For airport pickups with recorded flight numbers, there is zero cancellation charge if a flight is rescheduled or cancelled by the airline. Our dispatch team will automatically adjust to your newly assigned arrival schedule.
4. Refund Processing
In cases where advance payments were recorded via UPI or digital transfer, eligible refunds are credited back to the original source account within 24 to 48 business hours.
